Thread Eggs


What You Need:

  • Small oval balloons
  • Scissors
  • Embroidery floss or sewing thread
  • Liquid starch or fabric stiffener
The basic idea is to soak embroidery thread in fabric stiffener/starch, then wrap around small balloons. Pop and remove the balloon when the thread is dry and hard. Hang from a tree made from a small branch! Click here for the full instructions from Better Homes and Gardens.

    Oh, that's SOOO cute! I'll have to make those with the kids. I've never been the "crafty" type, but that looks pretty easy. SWEET!
